That depends on your HR strategy. If you want to get the managers directly on board so that they can take action and communicate with the team independently and on their own responsibility, you should assign a manager to each team in the dashboard, who will then receive a report automatically and regularly. If you want to evaluate the measures centrally, e.g. in the HR department, and approach the managers proactively, you can also initially collect all team results on the dashboard.

At any time you can add another manager to a team, delete existing accesses or add them. Everything is set and saved on the dashboard with just a few clicks. Several people per team can also have a team manager access.

No. You can grant access to anyone with an email address and thus make the results available to other groups of people or company units.

The people who have team manager access are given read-only rights for the respective team. They cannot access other team data (dashboard rights) and cannot make adjustments. Only those who have administrator rights can access the entire dashboard, view all existing teams and surveys, and adjust settings.
